At La Coqueta Kids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
